Make an Offer Rules

Make an Offer is for our everyday great products - they are no different than the first quality items we sell every day!  Not every item at The Bowl Company is part of the Make an Offer process, therefore, participating products are indicated by the Make an Offer button on the product screen. Those items that are available will have the "Make an Offer" Button on the product screen.   We have expanded this selection to include almost all of our items, so simply find the item you wish and make an offer!

Below are the rules for Make an Offer products:

• You must have an account set up with TheBowlCompany.com to create an offer.  We do not require you to store your credit card with us to set up an account.
• Offers are binding and must be paid for within 3 days of TheBowlCompany.com accepting the offer.
• You will be notified within 1 business day of acceptance or rejection of your offer.
• Shipping charges are not part of your offer.  Shipping charges will be added to the offer. If in the 48 states, it is $8.95.  If in Canada or other fixed rate shipping areas, please click here to see the standard shipping costs.
• If multiple offers are submitted and accepted, you will only pay one shipping charge as long as it ships to the same address.
• An accepted offer expires after 3 days and will no longer be available for purchase. 
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and items available on Make An Offer items.
• Items purchased in the Make an Offer process are not refundable and are a final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
• Be sure you can accept email from CustomerService@TheBowlCompany.com and it is not on your spam list.  Notices of acceptance or rejection will be sent from that email.
